1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the jc777 platform available at jc777.club (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "jc777", or "we"), you ("the User", "the Player", or "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the jc777 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

3 Account Management

You are solely responsible for:

Account balances are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). jc777 does not apply currency conversion fees on PKR deposits or withdrawals. Accounts that remain inactive — meaning no login, deposit, wager, or withdrawal for a continuous period of twelve (12) months — may be classified as dormant. A monthly maintenance fee as disclosed in the current fee schedule may apply to dormant accounts. jc777 will notify you by email before any dormancy fee is applied.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

jc777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the payment channels listed on the Platform at the time of the transaction. As of the effective date of these Terms, accepted methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Available methods may change from time to time and the current list is always displayed in the cashier section of your account.

Deposits:

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.
• jc777 does not charge deposit processing fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits are credited to your jc777 account balance in PKR upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawals:

• jc777 reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation — including proof of identity and proof of payment method ownership — before processing any withdrawal request.

• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements set out in the applicable promotion terms. Real-money funds and bonus funds are tracked separately in your account balance.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

In the event of a conflict between a promotion-specific term and these Terms, the promotion-specific term prevails with respect to that promotion only.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jc777 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, account closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account per person, household, device, or IP address.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the jc777 Platform — including but not limited to the jc777 brand name, logo, graphic designs, game interfaces, software, text, images, and audiovisual elements — is the property of jc777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to download (other than page caching necessary for personal use), modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information or content obtained from the Platform without the prior written consent of jc777.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of applicable bonus balances and any amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to KYC requirements. jc777 will not return bonus balances or winnings generated from bonus funds where the account closure is the result of a breach of these Terms.

12 Limitation of Liability

13 Amendments
